Listing Description

Aboriginal Post Release Pathways work with Aboriginal Men and Woman who are:
-Sentenced Prisoners approaching release from prison or,
-Recently released Sentenced Prisoners (under 3 months post release)
-Residing in Adelaide Metro area

Who want support to address issues which include;
-Alcohol and other drugs
-Mental Health
-Complex Trauma
-Risk of Re-offending
-Health and well-being.

The Aboriginal Post Release Pathways (APRP) program offers drug and alcohol treatment services, mental health support and case management.
APRP delivers culturally safe and informed, case management which supports Aboriginal people to end offending, address alcohol and substance misuse, support the journey back to home, culture, community and family, engage in specialised counselling, support positive health and lifestyle and access specialsed counselling services.
