Take control of your life with our 12 module Personal Coaching Program for Amazons / Warriors! We run these sessions as either a group or individually and cover topics ranging from Reflecting on your values to Empowering your Self Talk, Principles for Success and Calling on your Strength.

Individual sessions focused on a specific goal or implementation of change can also be arranged – this is not a one size fits all process, but individually tailored to your specific needs, style and goals.

I also provide an initial free 15 minute coaching session, with subsequent sessions being $160 for each 1 hour session. These can be face-to-face, via skype, or phone depending on your location or what best suits your circumstances. I am able to work with women outside of Australia, with mutually agreeable Skype times negotiated.
